- Exclusion deadline: May 31, 2012
- Payments mailed: August 27, 2012 to eligible class members for the cities of Florida City, North Miami Beach and Pembroke Pines. Please allow 7 - 14 days for your payment to arrive. An appeal is in process for the city of Lakeland. Resolving it may take some time, perhaps up to or more than a year. Please be patient.
